Targeted workouts designed to help you achieve your personal fitness goals. Balanced integration of cardio, strength training and flexibility. Free weights are incorporated along with resistance bands, stability balls, medicine balls, TRX, body-weight resistance, mind-body principles and stretch. Sessions last 30 or 60 minutes depending on your scheduling needs.

nutrition & lifestyle coaching

You make hundreds of food & lifestyle choices for yourself every day. Let us empower you with proven strategies to effectively navigate your daily journey. Coaching sessions include guided discussions, journal exercises, accountability, examining our emotional connections to food, breaking through barriers, grocery store tours and resources to support a permanent lifestyle change. Additional wellness areas such as sleep, hormonal shifts and stress management are also addressed to help you achieve best results.

private yoga instruction

Personalized instruction created to meet you where you are in your yoga journey. Guided practice including all aspects of yoga including sun salutations, asanas (poses), and deep stretching. Specialty areas include therapeutic back and pre-natal yoga. Sessions last 30 or 60 minutes depending on your scheduling needs.

group yoga instruction

Get some friends together for a mixed-level vinyasa flow class in your home or office. All are welcome, from beginners to advanced yogis and everything in-between. Mats, blocks & straps provided. Come barefoot and bring a small towel. Class duration is one hour.
